Our marketing team of Nancy Cunningham and Frank Primrose were happy to welcome her to her first event.

Before we loaded this customer's items back into the truck for delivery, our staff made sure their items were in pristine condition after they had been stored in our warehouse for several months after a broken water pipe leaked water all over the kitchen floor. Once everything was delivered back in place, the new kitchen looked fabulous! 

Our SERVPRO of Vacaville staff is moving back all the furniture for one of our clients who's refrigerator leaked all over their floor causing major damage.  We were happy to deliver all their belongings back to them so they can resume living in their new kitchen!

It's been a busy first week for our newest employee, Rocky.  He made sure he took the time to get to know Lauryn, our Job File Coordinator and made sure she didn't have any extra snacks she needed help finishing.  What a helpful guy!

Rocky is making his rounds his first week here at SERVPRO of Vacaville.  First, he visited with our Office Manager, Michael, to see how his day was going and making sure that he was getting all his work done.

This may look strange, but it's actually a very effective way to direct air flow.  It's called lay flat ducting and it helped dry out exterior siding that was damaged when an upstairs pipe burst.
